Our Practical Completion Inspection was done today. Everything is in order which was expected as I've been on site nearly every waking moment.
The only issues raised were that they forgot to install the metal door stops for the doors that require them.
We also need a limiting valve for the mains water pressure and there's a couple of chips in the paintwork that will need to be repaired.
The safety fence was meant to come down yesterday but hasn't yet. Our SS will get on to this asap.
I also arranged delivery of the gas bottles today and our splash-back is due to be installed on Monday the 26th of February too.
Now all we have to do is make the final payments then we have handover and we can get the keys.
After handover the freestanding oven and dishwasher will be delivered and then the sparky will come and install the range-hood, oven, dishwasher, hot water controllers and the ceiling mounted power point in the great room (for the pool table).
The plumber will need to come back to connect the gas cook-top section of the freestanding oven as-well.
